Terms and conditions

Computer & Laptop Sales reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Computer & Laptop Sales strives to ensure that our product descriptions are updated. However, we will provide no guarantee of the availability of any product advertised on our website as we do sell them in our warehouse store.

Computer & Laptop Sales reserves the right to change and/or withdraw any product displayed on this site without notice at any time before your order is accepted.

Computer & Laptop Sales reserves the right to amend prices at any time without notice.

 

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. 

Postage is an additional charge calculated at the time of purchase, depending on the delivery address.

Refer to our Privacy Policy for information relating to order where we require you to provide your name and address for delivery, email, telephone contact and payment details.

Once orders have been dispatched for delivery, Computer & Laptop Sales is not liable for any risk of loss or damage to the items.

Computer & Laptop Sales will offer a change of mind policy valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Conditions are as follows:

 

  • Satisfactory proof of purchase is required
  • Customer is responsible for returning the item either in person to our North Rocks showroom or via post, to which the customer must pay any fees.
  • Goods must be in original packaging and in resale condition with no damage or misuse.
  • Goods must be received by Computer & Laptop Sales within 14 days from the originally received day.
  • Brand new accessories are not included in this policy and cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Goods that are faulty on arrival or damaged on arrival must be reported immediately with a maximum of 7 days from the purchase date or delivery date.

Warranty

Warranty is for a period of 6 to 12 months as stated on the individual item. 

The following points are not covered by our warranty:

 

  • Batteries and chanrger.
  • Usage which goes against product instructions.
  • Virus, malware and other software related issues.
  • Faults caused by aftermarket accessories/peripherals.
  • Servicing performed outside of Computer & Laptop Sales.
  • Physical damage caused by misuse, including dents and scratches.
  • Defects caused by power surge or failure.
  • Alteration or modification performed outside of Computer & Laptop Sales.
  • Damage caused by relocation or reinstallation of goods.
 

The customer is responsible for any antivirus measures and any software corruption. All software issues are the responsibility of the customer, including back-up of data.

For all warranty repairs or returns, the customer must provide proof of purchase.

Computer & Laptop Sales is not liable for loss of data due to hardware faults or software corruption.

Service & Repair

Repairs are conducted in our North Rocks location. It is the responsibility of the customer to return and collect their products.

If faults are not repairable, we will offer a similar product in exchange.

Computer & Laptop Sales is not liable for loss of data due to service or repairs. The customer is responsible for any data backup and to request us to back up data if required PRIOR to any service and repair.

Repairs performed by Computer & Laptop Sales is covered by a further 6 month warranty. This excludes any software repair.

Online Orders

Warranty is for a period of 6 to 12 months as stated on the individual item. 

Online orders are sent via Australia Post courier. Delivery within Sydney Metropolitan areas is generally between 3-5 business days. Interstate and rural deliveries will vary depending on the location. 

Estimated delivery times can be found via the Australia Post website or track the product delivery time from our website.

Orders are only dispatched once full payment has cleared. Orders may be held until clearance has occurred. 

Computer & Laptop Sales is not liable for incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer at the time of order.

Once orders have been dispatched for delivery, Computer & Laptop Sales is not liable for any risk of loss or damage to the items.

Tracking details are supplied once items have been dispatched. Please direct all tracking enquiries to Australia Post with the tracking reference provided.

Computer & Laptop Sales does not ship internationally.

Delays are possible during Australian public holidays.
